The Colaw Group comprises three main operating divisions all of which work closely

Colaw International Limited (C(OS)L) is the main operating division with the
ability to provide services to offshore companies in over forty low and no tax jurisdictions
although C(OS)L themselves do not give any tax advice in those or any other jurisdiction.
C(OS)L handle all aspects of company incorporation and statutory filing requirements in
addition to offering a complete administration service to the company encompassing, amongst
other things, opening of bank accounts, invoicing services, drafting of contracts, VAT
administration, preparation of accounts and auditing (where required). All of C(OS)L's staff
are professionally qualified and have extensive experience in the incorporation and management
of companies worldwide.
Colaw Limited is the wholly owned corporate trustee company of the Group. In many
instances a Trust will be established in conjunction with an underlying company and in this
regard Colaw Limited will liaise closely with their colleagues at C(OS)L.
Colaw Fiscal Consultants Limited complement the activities of its two sister companies

Colaw Pension Trustees Limited provide dedicated pensioner trustee services to high
net worth individuals and works closely with those individual's existing professional advisers
