At C(OS)L we do not believe in hiding the true cost of establishing an offshore company
or trust in the small print. Many others may advertise Isle of Man companies at £250 but
fail to mention that in addition they will levy a "Structuring Charge" of £200 or a
"Due Diligence" charge of £250.
All of the incorporation prices quoted are fully inclusive of incorporation costs (including
government fees), first minutes of the Company, appointment of directors, (where applicable),
completed registers, share certificates and a company seal and delivery of documents by courier
anywhere in the world. Annual costs thereafter are equally transparent with each element of our
fees broken down separately.
In the case of trusts the Acceptance Fee covers the drafting of a suitable trust instrument
and its acceptance by the Trustees based on our standard precedents. In the case of more
complex trust instruments a quote will be provided ahead of work commencing.
In addition to our standard fees we apply time charges in respect of day to day administration
and management of a company or trust. These charges vary from £50 to £195 per hour depending on
the complexity of the work undertaken and the seniority of the personnel involved.
Disbursements incurred by the company or trust will be billed independently.
All fees and charges quoted are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate.
